This is the only lighting program in the world that displays results immediately on-screen as fittings are selected, moved, or changed. Big time savings for busy designers, making Reality the program of choice for outdoor lighting professionals across the globe.
Quick, easy, intuitive
So easy-to-use that most experienced lighting engineers can become competent users in as little as half an hour. Navigation is super-intuitive and very friendly. Excellent Help files and email Support available.
The polar diagram, lantern image and photometric file data are all accessible during luminaire selection. This example shows how the on-screen display alters when the lantern optic setting is changed.
The report customisation feature allows the user to set up the report with the elements required. In this instance, we have chosen the title page, layout page, layout with contours, greyscale, or results, as well as polar and cartesian curves.
DXF/DWG file handling
Lighting Reality allows the import of DXF, or DWG, files in AutoCAD 2010 format, or earlier. We also allow the user to dispay the drawing in a single grey colour by default, or in its orginal colours, if required.
The user can select any printer and then any paper format associated with that printer in portrait, or landscape, layout. Any of the predefined scales can be selected, or a user-specified value inserted. Required elements, such as greyscale, contours, or results, can then be selected.
